Engadine Leisure Centre

Engadine Leisure Centre is Council’s outdoor-pool complex on Anzac Avenue — useful for a swim-yourself birthday, not a hosted entertainer party. Water here is all outdoors: a heated 50-metre pool, a heated program pool, and a seasonal toddler pool. Council lists outdoor toddler pools as running from September to the end of April. There is no indoor splash park at Engadine; that sits at Sutherland Leisure Centre, which also has the seasonal outdoor water park.

Council publishes meeting-room hire at Engadine (and Sutherland): tables and chairs, minimum one hour, during opening hours. Parties are welcome at the pools year-round; casual pool entry is extra and parents organise food, games and supervision. On site: kiosk, change rooms including a family change room, outdoor seating, and accessibility features (ramp, disabled parking, pool hoist). Hours listed: Monday–Friday 5:30am–9pm (pool closes 8pm), Saturday 6am–6pm, Sunday 8am–5pm. Public-holiday hours may vary.
