YMCA Caringbah

The Y Caringbah, at 5 Jacaranda Road, runs hosted gymnastics birthday parties from 12 months and up. The group has exclusive use of the gymnastics hall with two qualified coaches, then time in a private party room for food and cake. Published timing is 90 minutes in the gym and 30 minutes in the room. Parents bring the catering; the centre supplies a tablecloth and lolly bags.

The listed price is $30 a child, including gymnastics access, room hire and coaches, with a minimum of 15 children. A $75 deposit holds the booking. Activity options on the party page are gymnastics, ninja gym, sports and games, or disco plus gymnastics. Published slots are Saturday 4pm–6pm and Sunday 9am–11am, 11:30am–1:30pm and 2pm–4pm, all subject to availability.
